Mesial Temporal Lobe Lesionectomy by Transorbital Neuroendoscopic Surgery (TONES)

Transorbital Neuroendoscopic Surgery (TONES) is the method that provides a coplanar endoscopic surgical pathway for imagination and refined surgical method via a keyhole approach. It supports access to the intracranial compartment, containing the anterior cranial fossa, middle fossa, and sideways cavernous sinus, in addition to the contents of the influence. Various surgical approaches are used for mesial temporal flap epilepsy generating lesions over occasion. TONES can be a good minimally obtrusive cranial surgery technique for the evacuation of mesial temporal lesions.
